Is it just me, or is everyone being tossers today? We have had loads of customers being arseholes today.

 

Mainly "I got home to find a card saying you had tried to deliver a parcel today"

"Yes, but there was no-one there to sign for it"

"But I need it today, when is the driving coming back"

"We won't be able to deliver again until Tuesday"

"*$*$*""*!*$*%*^^*^*&*&*&$*£^*"£*%!"*"

 

If the parcel was that important, they'd have waited in for it!!

 

Oh well, I don't care, it is the weekend in 90 mins!!
