Slept through my alarm so I must have been tired!! Not very well today tho. Im fuckin cold AGAIN - have a bad head . So im munching away on a mars bar and some Bacon Wheat Crunchies ! Its prob cos ur not very well that u slept thru ur alarm, i always oversleep or wana just die in bed if im ill!! (}) I dont feel tired but i know i must be and to avoid bein out of it durin the day i think sleep before dinner is the way forward!!
