Matt: Eek! I know some peeps that are staying there this weekend!!!! Are you sure?!

Jon: Yeah, my friend Rach was sat at my PC when I read it and the first thing she said was, "Eurgh!!! Don't stay there!! It was on Britains Worst B&B's on ITV a few weeks ago!!!!". That doesn't bode well.............
