it is a shame to lose tinrib but saying that know one has lost anything they have left behide 60 great records and anyone who says they couldnt fit one of there tunes into a set (moden set i mean) is very very foolish... or just a crap dj.....

 

and to be fair to tinrib they could have gone on harf assed and put out loads of [censored] tunes and once in a while a good one and ppl would still buy all there records.........hum remind you of anyone?????/

i wouldnt descibe tidy trax as that -i dont think tidy release even that many good tunes

I prefer 'IMINTOUCHWITHYOURWORLD' myself, but their both awesome albums!!

 

Stuff like 'Photic Zone', 'Pentium', 'Street Tab' and 'New York, London Amsterdam' will be missed.... Tinrib seemed to be one of the only labels which actually pushed the scene someplace new rather then reverting to generic gobshite...

and i do agree with u that 'i'm in touch with ur world' is a better album - just wasnt playing it @ the time of writting this thread

 

i have about 2 gigs of tinrib stuff on me hardrive @ the mo - spent all night 1 night downloading thier entire back catalog

 

another proof that tinrib was about the music and not the £££ as after they went under they uploaded everythin 4 ppl to download! now thats loyelty to the fans!
