What don't you like?

It's very easy to remember what you do like, but are there any tracks that your ears find particularly offensive. I'm not talking about a whole genre, but more a track from a genre that you generally like, but there's just couple that piss you right off.

 

If that makes any sense at all?

 

I can't think off any myself that I've always disliked, theres a few that I used to love, but I listened to them too much and now they get right on my tits. Such as,

 

Over the line (great for a while, a really nice mash up, but not really to hot when you actually listen to it as a track in its own right

 

Newyork newyork (think I've just listened to it too much and it takes a little to long to get going if its played form the beginning)

PvD Vs Dellerium - Angel of silence.

This has to be THE WORST track of 2 tunes mixed together. Its [censored] awfull. If you havn't heard it, then I suggest you should and come back and tell me what you think. They are 2 wikid, wikid tunes but mixed together calls for a big fat NO SCORE from me

 

Blue Planet Corporation - Digital Forward

It's just [censored] and boring.

I LOVE tension!! And really like new york new york but then that one did have to grow on me!!

i like 'new york new york' just cuz its so different and creative - dont meen i would wanna hear it in a club mind

 

lashes - unbelivable that tune is shocking imo - but soo many ppl love it

 

lee haslam - music is a drug possible the worst hard dance tune ever imo. its such uncreative drivel it makes me wanna punch the dj for playing it- again a popular tune so wtf do i know

 

tdv - the dawn (paul janes remix) i find this tune imencly baoring and overrated thats not to say i cant appretiate it, tis a nicely crafted peice of work, i just find it baoring to listen to myself (if that makes sence)

sometime they can fit in like near the end of 'the dawn', but a lot of the time they just don't do it for me...sowwy

bk - revolution. never liked it from firs ttime i heard it to 1000th time in a night i heard it.never done it for me.

 

guyver material - that trance sound has diluted the hard house scene. the odd track is fine by me but not when every track released is a hard trancer (uk style), as was the case for the past year.

Like everything though, there is a time and a place for it.... I like quite a few tunes that Guy has produced/engineered, although I have only bought a few as a couple of em sound quite similar....

 

Saying that, 'serious sound' was one of my fave tunes for a while when it was released....

The Ladyboy is Mine - bootleg of Modjo and Brandy & Monica...

 

Oh, and Soft Cell - Tainted Love and Dexy's Midnight Runners.... all of their stuff.....
