and phill as said b4 everything was lost in my old place so i lost all mine and shays stuff too hence im starting from scratch in this new place

 

i said sorry 4 ur t shirt but to be fair u left it i put it aside and u never bothered wantin it till i lost all my belongings so im not gettin into all this again im afraid.

i did email you several times over about 3 months asking for it...didn't want to "hassle" you because i thought it would be impolite. wish you'd told me it would have been better for me to come and get it myself, i would have done.

 

the only reason i go on about it is because it was one of my favourite t shirts (not cheap either) and i can't replace.. it and tbh i miss it everytime i want to wear it.

yer phill everyone new at the time i was not on net either i didint get no emails or pms till after i had lost everythin as at the time neon was still very ill and his place was where i used net

 

im upset to i lost everythin virtually accept what i could save so please after nearly a year will u please give it a rest geez i was on a high but now not so much

Just my two cents ... where I come from an apology is an apology ... if you lost Phil's shirt then maybe you should apologise without any "buts" or "ifs" or implications that it's somehow his fault...? If your stuff went missing, that ain't his problem. It sucks when people "half-apologise".

 

I don't know the full facts of this, so like I say, just my two cents.

the story is after global gathering he left a t shirt at my house after an afterparty

i got emails after i had left the place due to nasty circumstances where i left all my family friends and belongings behind too, i did say sorry to phill and said id try get it back but i couldnt rescue nothin from the place my theory was he aint the only 1 who lost stuff in my house i lost si's pc he gave me and louise's trainers stuff like that but after a year he brought it back up we sorted it though as in fact we spoke on good terms at wildchild i jus didnt like bein remimded i had lost everything and how im havin to start from scratch with my new place

Yea if the said t-shirt was borrowed and then got lost/stolen, that's out of order and you would at very least expect an unconditional apology. If however, as seems to be the case, it was just left round there and then got lost/stolen well then it's kinda tough shit. Sorry Phil
