A very tasty line-up this month see's Shan making a welcome return to one of his favourite haunts. He assures me he will blow the roof off last set, and we fully expecty his Good Greef partners Burg and Barry Connel, here by popular demand, to do the same.

Sam Townend, who is setting the pace as producer and DJ darn sarf with hits on such prestigious labels as Tripoli Trax, shares the DJ booth with resident Lox, whilst not-to-be missed new talent Sara C opens the night.

 

Room two as is once again hosted by the rough but ready savaged crew, who have proved most popular in the past with their blend of bouncy hard house and trance classics. They are joined by one of he most consistently entertaining Djs to play for Housewives, Smiler, back again after too long an absence.

 

The funky/retro room is always a hit at Housewives, whether rammed or as a chill out space and this month we are joined by Homegrown's Woody, raring to go he tells us, Drew Fenby, getting mightier set by set with his Old Skool classic sets, and Rohan, a good friend and Funky Dory favorite.

 

The usual Housewives madness will be on offer, as well as Cybershop where you can buy aromas, classic hard house records, t-shirts and such, and whatever else we sort out for your entertainment.

 

HWC events now run three nights each month, as well as occasional one offs and tours.

2nd Friday of the month is Housewives @ Club Paradise Leeds,

3rd Saturday is Bounce! @ Rhythms In Indigo Huddersfield,

4th Saturday is Aura @ The Love Apple Bradford,

and one offs include July 24th Club XS in Scarborough,

July 31st Polly Kettle On @ Stinkys, Leeds,

DJ of the North Competitions,

and TBC collaborations with Off The Wall and Parlez-Vous? (This is one to watch).

 

Don't forget HWC #2, 'Only One' / 'Execution' by Double A, produced by Alex Calver is now in the shops and selling fast, soon to be followed by releases from Andy K and Lee Mills, and HWC resident and Distructiv label owner Leigh Green.
