i cant get my new digtal camera to download the pictures, the instuctions keep going on about dragging removeable disk into hard disk, it doesnt mention anything like this on screen, its really pissing me off now, im gonna cry soon cry.gif, i havent got a clue about computers, (like u hadnt already guessed) someone please HELP

If it comes with a USB connector it should just download virtually straight away.

 

Have you used the install disk yet?

Once you have installed all the drivers for it, and plugged it in, if you double click on my computer, below

 

a:

c:

 

etc, you should find that a ne drive has appeared, such as

 

e:

f:

 

This is your camera, and if you click on it, it is just like any other disc, so just drag and drop the files over

One of my friends had the same problem but then he figured it out and it was really easy.

 

Maybe you are just trying too hard...relax and just do everything the book says.

put the camera on the same table as the computer. if it is above or below, all the little picture bits have a hard time going along the wire. they'll either get tired out climbing all that way and slip back into the memory stick, or slip going down and knock themselves out on ur usb port.

 

this is especially true if you are using high speed USB 2.0
