Go to www.slsk.org - (the website)

Then there is an option on the left hand side of the page "download" click on that, then you'll go to another page where it will show you the current edition of soulseek for download (eg 149) click on it and it will download the program (yes like kazaa) then once its downloaded you just open it while your online and search away til your hearts content.

No no, if you have people on your buddy list, right click on the name and then left click on "Browse Files". That way you can proceed to browse, and download
