However I am looking to mortgage right now and it's a [censored] joke. House prices (including rent) are ridiculous at the moment. I'll be lucky if I get a shed! That aside though, I have finally found somewhere and have put an offer in...unfortunatley though it's just been rejected so the negotiating will start. While we are on this one though...Is anyone looking to rent a room??? I need a tenant for my second room when I finally get everything sorted.
