I can see it's hardwork and can see the utmost hardwork you put into it. When I speak to James when there is a night coming up that you are involved in, he also often says "Sarah is busy with this and that" just goes to show you don't want a [censored] out come of sumthing that will be big and talked about shortly after. Coz, I mean, that is what promotrs want, excellent feed back. And recieving great feedback is what gives promoters the DRIVE and DETERMINATION to go ahead with future plannings! Good on you I say. Also, if it is something you enjoy doing and don't mind the stress of it all, that is an added BONUS Yeah - you only have to look at me at Wildchild to see what it means to me. The fact is as Maria states EVERYTHING needs to be put down to experience - if you can accept up-front that there are going to be major cockups and yes YOU are going to have to handle them tactfully then achieving the (long term) end goal is very very possible. Far too many people give up far too early, or are lazy or just dont plan things properly. There are no quick wins in anything. I have the upmost respect for what gary set out to do and I believe he could possibly be very successful one day but he shouldnt be running away from the problem or blaming others - he should be dealing with it.
