Well i dont really have neighbours. I live in a big old style house converted into flats and i occupy the ground floor, so i got a young family in the basement flat with a young kid who are into funky house then the ppl above me work with me and r into all sorts and play music at 4am in morning, so i play mine full whack at 9am sunday morning after glasshouse, the young family dont mind as there up at 7am with kid! And the ppl in the house nxt door cant hear cos the walls are like 2ft thick!

And i got really big speakers so i cant hear if they complain anyway!!! LOL smash.gif

I would be interested to know the official watershed. I had heard that you have to be quiet between 11pm and 7am, but I don't know this as a fact.

I find it hard to believe that a tenant could be evicted after two warnings, but again I don't know the facts. I have heard that in practice, it is bloody hard to evict someone, even if they don't pay their rent! Apparently it takes weeks/months of paperwork.

Tis true can take years to evict somoene, my landlord evicted 2 girls on the top floor, they wrecked the newly refurbed flats and ruined it basically, poured paint all over floor etc etc, broke doors etc, smashed entrance windows! They didnt pay rent and in end to get rid landlord asked them to go and forget about rent cos it can take ages and once in court costs a lot as well! :-)

There is NO watershed. My music was never played (well almost never) in the late evening or early hours of the morning. I also got told if my neighbour still complained of noise after the 3 week period, a recording device would be installed next door to monitor it.
