I am now a homeowner, everything was accepted today so as long as the people at the house I will be purchasing don't falter on anything then I suppose I will officially be an adult...god thats scary! Also on this point if anyone is looking to rent a room (or knows anyone interested) in Hackbridge (close to train, tram, buses etc.) then please let me know.
