london [ CTW Meet-Up ] - Bar 38, West India Quay, Docklands, London (Wednesday 23rd July 2003)

A new venue for the London member meet-up as the current one is getting old hat and boring to be quite honest, suggestions will be made by Don as he knows the area like James knows his Polo Shirts and venue confirmation will be made nearer the time. The Docklands is the best venue this time of year, lots of nice bars - but no more expensive than the current meet-up place - Yates'.

Nearest Tube Statio: Canary Wharf

 

From 6pm onwards

im up for this as i work 10 mins away, i reckon we should go via fossa cos there is loads of seats outside, got a good few and its right outside a dlr station, although i cant rememebr off hand which one

Loads of bars are good. What do we prefer? Tapas? Vodka? Classy ($$) cocktails? Bar 38 is good - a young crowd. Via Fosse tends to be a bit old man.... if it's a nice night, then we'll get some tables outside. If not, I'll book somewhere for us...
