The first post should be updated (regardless of who wrote it) to include the full meet-up details. There is only one post and you would also expect the one with the most replies to have these details on the first post - i'm not going through 20 pages to find the meet up times and neither will anyone else! Either me, sarah, kev or someone else representing the ctw meet should put up a post a day or two before the event with the same subject but *** Final Arragements *** prefixed or postfixed. cheers. Its just that i've seen one post with 4 meet-up times and then another with 2 meet-up times. Obviously members can do what they want and have additional meetup times but its importnat that anyone going on their own or soley for the ctw meets knows what times we've agreed as a whole.
