CTW Admin James Posted June 22, 2004 CTW Admin Share Posted June 22, 2004 eek - sorry I rushed my last reply !!! What I meant to say was so long as you are contructive in what you say you can say anything negative / postive about ANY DJ you want. What we wont tollerate is people hi-jacking posts saying "hardhouse is shit", "bruce lee is shit" etc.. etc.. CTW Members Louise Posted June 23, 2004 CTW Members Share Posted June 23, 2004 QUOTE (Mr_Happy @ Jun 22 2004, 17:30) a little birdy tells me that CTW is now working for Frantic. If this brings extra exposure to the site then it sounds like a bloody good idea (although it would be nice to see a greater push in non-hardhouse directions, but thats as much my fault as anyone elses) basically because of this i am informed that there are some things we can not say about some DJs. Just so i'm clear on the matter, what can we say w/o getting are wrists slapped? should be able to cast your oppinion on any DJ you wish, i know what you mean though, its all to easy to get jumped on because some people dont have the same oppinion as others and get downright defensive about certain DJs, venues & club nights just because CTW has had something to do with or has been associated with them. CTW Promotors Lisa Posted June 24, 2004 CTW Promotors Share Posted June 24, 2004 You can comment about dj's, but i think the issue was in the way, the disscussion turned into a blantant attack on the said dj, not needed or nice really I agree with the jumping on peeps opinions if someone elses differ, but that's what is trying to be avoided here It's ok to say you dont like a certain dj etc, but to harp on that they are shit etc, isnt needed Quote Techno, Techno, Techno

CTW Members Ginge Posted June 26, 2004 CTW Members Share Posted June 26, 2004 IMO a DJ is only as good as the crowd he/she draws in. If they're crap then people wont dance (unless you're me who never dances anyway)
