Hotwax comment was there cos someone said Gaz had some tunes waiting to be released on Hotwax...

News like this is trappy lils madness ! waxmancini should buy the label cos it picks me up more than any lay around ho could ever do! it goes to show that you cant beat the system and that repeat ing the same sound causes difficulties and often hertz and can leave yo dazed and confused

Not an especially great one at that in my opinion - Just shows, you cant release average tunes for ever and survive

to the best of my knowledge it isn't, well not yet anyway. so i might find out different tonight. But spoke to a mate that would know and he said not yet.

Mine and Gaz's RawKraft tunes were set to be released on the label, looks like that won't be happenin now! Once me and Gaz have re touched up a couple of bits n pieces on the tunes here and there we'll be scoutin for pastures new! We never signed a contract with them anyway so technically they always were ours, they were just lined up for release really!

Well Amo put a post up on Tidy sayin it had..... i dont think he'd do that if there was a chance it hadnt would he

 

AND Alf who was gonna have tunes signed with them has told me so im pretty sure that it has folded!!

Gaz's mix of The Dawn was never ever going to get a release though really. Gaz has been given a lot of [censored] by various friends of Tony De Vit for even doing it.

Tony De Vit specified in his will that only one person was allowed to remix the tune, that being Paul Janes.

 

Its looking likely that one the next DbD release will be Severe Punishment, which Scot project is after, but it is likely to come out on the new Goodgreef label.
