Here is a Map of Hyde Park. As you can see it is very very [censored] big . Finding it should not present to much of a problem, for most people.

 

But being as this is next week, PLEASE can you give us all a clue about which bit of the park we will all be meeting at, that is more specific than 'near Marble Arch' Especially as 'near Marble Arch' is very close to speaker's corner (loads of old bill), and near Park Lane (loads of traffic).

 

nb saying to peeps to ring you after 12.00pm on the day will almost certainly end in tears. As peeps wonder around the park searching for CTW in vain.

I went to a Mixmag picnic in Hype Pk last yr and we didnt have any probs meeting up, was really good laugh too so cant wiat for this one what by the sounds of it is gonna b loads bigger, there was about 8 of us at our one!

We all hung out on the grass near the kiddies playground there that was pretty easy to find, ony thing is there could b more than 1 playground!

hmm.....my point exactly. I once went to a bash at a very small pub in south west london. About 20 people were due to attend, and we were surprised when 2 hours in, only 10 had turned up...no one could get a signal on thier mobys, or get hold of any of the others, no one thought to look around, and it was only when someone took a wrong turning on the way back from the bog, that we discovered that the other 10 has been there all along in another part of the pub!!

 

[censored] Pillocks we were. Preventable it was, Rather that saying let's all meet in the pub...what we should have said was let's all meet in the pub, by the main entrance near the fag machine. Not difficult, and easily done. With the benefit of hindsite obviously!!
