I've definitely screwed my brain up

Last night I kept seeing lots of people in my bedroom. I was in a semi-awake state and I was trying to scream and tell them to go away but couldn't get the words out. It was really scary and it happened about 5 times during the night. I have never experienced this before. I bloody hope it stops soon

Oh i get them aswell when i've over done stuff, they are like quite painful rush's that go through your body like a wave. Nasty. I usually feel them for about 5 days after doing stuff.

 

Take a couple of 5HTP tabs before and after clubbing, to help reproduce the serotonin

I got violent jolts on Sunday night and have a headache ever since after a v.heavy weekend. The headache has now formed into a stinker of a cold though.

 

It sounds like you have just overdone it a little teabag and your body is telling you that you need a break. Try not to take anything for the next month and as Lisa said get loads of Vit C and Echnacia inside you. Echnacia restores your immune system.

 

If you have not had much sleep this can cause hallucinations and your mind does all sorts of stuff when you are in a semi-conscious state, it can be scary but try not to freak yourself out we've all been there.

Not tried them myself, but have had peeps who swear by them & others that say they make no difference at all. They are quite pricey too, aren't they??

Thats very true lisa, one of my mates didnt think they made any difference, but they do certainly help me

 

I think mine cost about 6 quid but i got 60 tablets in there, so unless you go clubbing every week (which cant be good for you) they last quite a while. I think i've had mine for about a year
