Phil, my imaginary friends were back last night, it was mega-weird and scary. I didn't play chess with them sadly, just woke up under my desk with my duvet!

I'm not insane, but I have definitely learned my lesson. There's no way I'm getting that wasted again, although it was fun at the time. Hope Ross is OK too

its not lucid dreaming - thats where you can do what you want in a dream.

Didn't realise that's what lucid dreams were. Cool. I've had some quality lucid dreams over the last few months (the details of which I'm not prepared to divulge). secret.gif

I've told you about this. Just stop it, you hear me, stop it.

And stop calling me or I'll call you the Police.

5HTP were quite good when i was takin them,

think i only stopped coz i'd ran out.

BUT, i was told ya shouldn't take them everyday.

takin them everyday is ment ta damage

part of ya brain that natrally produces seretonin,

or something along those lines, i'm not totally sure

as i aint a scientist. got told this by some1 who

worked at bournmouth uni, his mate who is a scientist at the time wasn't even aware that it was available in the uk and suuprised it was.

this was about 1+half-2yrs ago and in holland & barrett

5HTP was kept behind the counter.

must be a reason for that eh. baz.gif

Not quite true. Some vitamin supplements (like C) you can have as much as you like without any serious consequences (apart from the runs or whatever).

But yeah, most things seem to be harmful in excess, it only seems common sense.

it's a legal, non-prescription substance. if they do ask, you could tell them it's none of their business. however, a store can refuse to sell you something if they feel so inclined so you can always tell them your doctor suggested it as a non-prescription solution to some sleeping problems you've been having.
