yeh, well it was ok, but then had to get new hardrive fitted & its come back & all my keys are fooked?? Kether, how do I change it??

There should be a little language bar next to your task menu on the bottom right. Can you see EN in capitals?

 

Click on that and change it to EN (united kingdom).

 

If that's not there, go to control panel> Regional and Language Options and change it to United Kingdom.

I take a couple when I get home after clubbing, when you're coming down.   Preloading on 5-HTP can be dangerous as you can get serotonin syndrome (too much serotonin in the synapses) which isn't very nice.   Then after that take them as and when you feel you need them really.
