SESSIONS @ THE SPACE’, THE WAIT IS OVER, THE LINEUPS ARE HERE!

 

It’s been quite a mammoth task holding back on the first couple of weeks line-ups for Sessions. We’ve been inundated with requests to know them, but have kept them quiet, until now.

 

For those of you that don’t know the situation (many still don’t), here’s a brief summary of what’s happening in Leeds on Wednesdays. The new night to start at the Space on Wednesdays is called ‘Sessions’ – its intentions recently described as “…a continuation and improvement on what has become a midweek necessity for some….”. Clubbers have been told to expect the likes of Eddie Halliwell, Lisa Lashes, Judge Jules, K90, BK, Andy Farley, Tidy Boys, Anne Savage, Rob Tissera and countless others. Promoting the new night on the front line will be Gary Holden (DJGRH) (who chooses to end his two year Base residency and join the team at Sessions) (and continue his legendary Wednesday night end sets at the club!) and Taz (who has worked for the Goodgreef brand for three years and has been a regular on the Leeds Wednesday night scene for two years). Taz and Gary are not the only ones to make the move – stalwart super hero resident Phil Hooton continues his legendary house room residency at the club and everyone from lighting jock Spizzy to new monthly resident champion Shan join the Sessions workforce. Oh, and Paul Glazby is also thrown in as monthly resident! Just for good measure!

22ND OCTOBER (‘SECRET SESSIONS’ NIGHT

Name of guest to be undisclosed until a week before the event

 

 

Flyers were recently distributed and will continue to be in the next coming weeks. The pledged support given to ‘Sessions’ already has been quite moving and, with a hell of a lot of work from Taz and Gary over the summer, September 24th looks like arriving with a bang!
