If you knew what you were on about then you'd know that madders has been getting royally slated in clubland and he is merely defending himself against the rumours, i think anyone else would do the same. As for your general slating of promoters then i think its you who should grow up, if it wasn't for promoters there wouldn't be any clubbing, and ALL of them at some point have had to take a large financial risk and in my opinion deserve any rewards they get. People like you and Creamy who are always knocking big names should learn to shut up until you can do something better yourselves.

well in fact, you should come down to the night me & kev are starting soon - we plan to raise shitloads of capital, book some big names on a regular basis, put a few big inflatables in, get some kerrazeee visuals which will probably involve clips from old kids' tv shows, and everyone'll come. and we'll make loads of money.

Exactly. With all the posts that were made last week on numerous boards it's left me a little sceptical of what Madders has written. He really could have done this whole thing a lot less like a show if he wanted.

I dont understand why people have such a problem with these tactics, playground or not, if something or someone had wronged me to the point where all communcation methods had broken down and I found people were wrongly accusing me of things and getting me a bad name in clubland I would also throw professionalism out the window and post everywhere I could think of. Sorry, just being honest.

 

However, I cant confirm any of these acqusations so cant comment on whether Madders was correct to do so in his case.

 

As Maria says, always 2 sides however and I for one would be interested in how this progresses, even though its not my business. It could be a good business lesson.
