People like you and Creamy who are always knocking big names should learn to shut up until you can do something better yourselves.

Dont know much about ClubTheWorld do you. I know, lets all back Sunny D or Tidy and make them even more money, lets all do the same thing week in, week out, lets all see the same DJ's, lets all listen to the same music, lets all spend our money so greedy cunt promoters can drive around in brand new BMW's thinking they are important in life, in the meantime [censored] our DJ's and potential nights we could do, lets back them the big names. Think not. And what happens when it all goes wrong for them? They come on to messageboards whinging about how hard done by they have been. I've told everyone this before, the whole industry is corrupt and me personally dont want this site associated with such [censored].

A lot of the industry is corrupt, but there are a few shinning lights in the cosmos. If you want to read about the American clubbing scene, have a look at Clubland Confidentual - now that's scary.

Madders, I'm sorry to hear that people have wronged you. I hope you get everything you worked for.

As other people have said, there are two sides to the story. Maybe I'll read about the rest in the court circulars.

In the mean-time I strongly feel that this post should be left. Look at the amount of issues members of this site have had with promoting (Viva trance anyone?). Any kind of warning would be good to wanna-be promoters to stop this kind of [censored] happening.

hmm, summat i agree with Creamy on, bloody hell!

I personally cannot stand it when big promoters come crying to people saying theyre night has gone downhill through no fault of their own.

In the case of SS, it has started to fail because the line up is exactly the same this month as it was for the much vaunted "Tidyssential". Which is just about the same line up as this time last year, and actually every single month since.

The concept that ss was founded on- ie the fancy dress/cyber thing has fallen from fashion, as trends do. People complain about SS being full of people in "try-hard" clothing, but if you go to any other big club then its the same story.

This appears to have been competely overlooked by "Madders" and his cohorts, who piss and moan, along with a large number of "hardcore" ss goers that its not as much "fun" anymore. If they actually spent some time and energy coming up with new concepts and ideas, something that most promoters have to do all the time, then SS might not be in the decline it is.

With all that said, i am still a big advocate of the smaller nights at smaller clubs, letting the up and coming djs out there have their chance to make some money out of this industry, and allowing clubbers to go out on a night without spending a small [censored] fortune on travel and entrance costs.

Sorry to make a blatant plug, but last friday at Incision, we had a decent sized crowd going, and Alex Kidd played one of the best sets i have ever heard. Before he played we had a fantastic set from Andy Moore. All this plus we had plenty of other Djs, all playing very well for the paltry sum of £8.

The idea that clubbing is "big business" appalls me- why should a twat in a suit know what a good night is?

unfortunatly, the vast majority of clubbers seem to be ignoring this, and until the people start "voting with their feet" then this will continue.

But this has always been the aim until for some unknown reason some people were under this illusion that we back these big time nights / events. Wrong. We back the ones that we are officially associated (ie our DJ's playing) with and nothing else, if there is a big member following for Sunny D etc then fair enough but its not classed as a CTW event and it never will be. The sooner the likes of sential Steve see that the better because it appears our concept aint getting through to some people. This is not solely a Hard House website and it never will be.

As other peole have said, who [censored] cares ?

I'm not interested in a rant by someone I've never heard of about a club I've never been to, and the fact that it was posted here addressed to 'Sundissential Members' is downright offensive in it's implication.

The place for posts addressed to Sundissential Members is the Sundissential message-board, not blatently spammed across every clubbing site he could find.
