CTW Admin James Posted October 11, 2003 CTW Admin Share Posted October 11, 2003 Jack - would you be able to help me design some proper / professional business cards ? They are going to be colour and double-sided - and I will get about 10,000 printed off for £90 - not bad eh - only problem is my attempt (which I will find) sucks ! Any help would be appreciated matey. Quote James@ClubTheWorld.uk CTW Admin | ClubTheWorld.uk | Twitter | Instagram Clubbing the world together ... CTW Members Capn Jack Posted October 11, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted October 11, 2003 (edited) I'll see what I can come up with and see what you think. Any ideas as to how you would want it laid out, what it should say etc... Oh and what should the dimensions of the card be? CTW Members Capn Jack Posted October 12, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted October 12, 2003 Is this the sort of thing you want? I've just stuck any old text on to see how it would look. CTW Admin James Posted October 12, 2003 Author CTW Admin Share Posted October 12, 2003 wow, thats pretty neat ! not sure what the colours will come out like / how many you are allowed etc though. And they will need to be CMYK ? Also need to be 300 DPI and ideally another side to them - i was thinking my signature logo type thing (i have a higher res one) on the back or something ? looks good jack - i will need to speak to the printers about colour definition etc. Quote James@ClubTheWorld.uk CTW Admin | ClubTheWorld.uk | Twitter | Instagram Clubbing the world together ... CTW Admin James Posted October 12, 2003 Author CTW Admin Share Posted October 12, 2003 Also, I'll bung all the decent images I have in here - the masters are in here too (still yet to copy some across though) http://www.clubtheworld.uk/images/logos/ Quote James@ClubTheWorld.uk CTW Admin | ClubTheWorld.uk | Twitter | Instagram Clubbing the world together ... CTW Members Capn Jack Posted October 12, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted October 12, 2003 Ah no problem. It's currently only at 100dpi and sized for print, of about the size of a credit card. I'll work on another on CMYK with a dpi of 300 and mentioning your names. Yours is good and has given me a good idea of layout and the look you want. CTW Members Capn Jack Posted October 12, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted October 12, 2003 That sounds good. I'll see what I can come up with. Also it'll be good to know what the colour definition is. The higher res CTW logo for the rear would be handy. Quote I don't do much on this planet, but David Blaine has taught me that I could do less!! CTW Members Capn Jack Posted October 12, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted October 12, 2003 (edited) Just another idea for the front of a card. Probably not possible, but looks nice. I've also done some plain cards aswell, well still working on them. Edited October 12, 2003 by Capn_Jack Quote I don't do much on this planet, but David Blaine has taught me that I could do less!!
