On Thursday 16th October get ready for a techno invasion, as the legendary Trevor Rockcliffe (Base resident) launches a brand new monthly party called Stomp at Turnmills. For the launch party, Trevor himself will control the dancefloor for the complete 5 hours… so expect stomping underground techno all the way! Over the next few months, he'll be inviting some of the scene's leading DJ and Producers to join him, but in the meantime, get ready to be rocked by the one like Rockcliffe!!

 

"When Turnmills approached me to do a residency I thought it was a great opportunity to do a night based on the music I'm playing at the moment. It also gives me the chance to play longer sets, plus I've lined up some great guest DJs who'll be playing deep house to funky techno at future events". (Trevor Rockcliffe)

 

Stomp will reside at Turnmills on the third Thursday of every month. To compliment the funky techno sounds of the main room, Freaky Beats will look after the music next door. Expect a fusion of house and breaks from resident freakster Commie alongside Anne Savage - a DJ more recognized for her harder-edged house, but a DJ more favourable to the breakbeat sound.

 

Following the success of Technics Presents, Death By Stereo and DJ Death Match get ready for another superb midweek event from the Turnmills stable.
