FAO: Any graphic gurus

Can anyone re-size this image to 75% for me ? I've tried with PSP 8 using standard options but the result is a crap image with jagged edges etc.

 

 

Alternatively, if it cant be done, can anyone re-create the original re-sizeable image ? I have the CTW font to hand ... (ive lost contact with the guy who did the original logos )

 

(This will then most likely be the new logo for the top left of the forums and will be part of a better/more integrated header to each page, encorporating a box on the right for the ads and a new graphical menu bar - hopefully!)

the transparency is totally [censored] up and i don't know why - the background does not appear to be uniform...

well i'm a guru, i just choose not to tell anyone of my magical ways. LOL.

 

I used Fireworks not a photo editing packing like PSP or PS etc. To copy that image i mearly just copied saved the image in a gif format, which was a pain to do but i did it. then edited the image size in fireworks, jobs a goodun, nice and simple.

Paintshop Pro 8 and Photoshop 8

well PSP8 i wouldn't piss on if it was on fire!! and Photoshop is well for photos. I used fireworks which is whta is used for editing web graphics mainly. and gif's are a web format graphic.
