CTW Members el_captino Posted October 15, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted October 15, 2003 Sunday 9th November Kemistry @ Club Paradise, New York Street, Leeds, LS1 2pm-10pm £7 Advance Tickets (+BF) | £9 On the Door | £8 NUS / OAPs R.O.A.R Room 1 : Hard House, Hard Trance & NRG KARIM (Tinrib, Do Not Bend) ILOGIK (Sundissential, Elasticman) DJGRH (Sessions, Resident) Ade Rippin El Captino Will Graney Room 2 – House & Funk *including live sax from Liz Wigley* DJGRH (House Set) FILTHY RICH (Sessions) Jeff & Russ Sealey - Bassline Residenst Liz Wigley Tricki Nicki P-Nut Carl Anians *IMPORTANT NEWS* KEMISTRY FORUM IS NOW ONLINE ... got to http://www.kemistry-leeds.com/messageboard/register.html to sign up. Opting to take a small break whilst everyone pulls themselves back together after a barrage of big events and Ibiza clubbing, Kemistry return to their renowned Sunday afternoon status to, once again, operate a no nonsense policy. Kemistry has separated the men from the boys (no offence to the lovely ladies that grace the Kemistry dancefloors on all occasions!) and don’t let up with another booking for Karim. Standing tall above a whole host of ‘hard DJ’s’, Karim’s latest productions (notably the likes of ‘Medical Information’, ‘Columbia’ and ‘Power’) epitomise the flair and character that he brings to the scene. Karim has travelled the world – he is justified in doing so. His productions are forever forthcoming and the quality and power behind these releases never relents. If you fancy a laugh .. check out his exclusive interview on harderfaster if you haven't read it yet ... http://www.harderfaster.net/?sid=§ion=features&action=showfeature&featureid=10525 Speaking of consistent and sparkling production, Ilogik’s addition to the line-up will also please. Stemming work from his own label, Ilogik also remixes and produces for a hell of a lot more – Nukleuz is one of many examples. Adding defying scratching to his awesome performances, it’s easy to understand why he was one of two chosen to mix the third Sundissential album. And it’s easy to understand his appeal and why Kemistry have added him to the lineup. Kemistry resident DJGRH completes the headline. Busy enough co-promoting his own ‘Sessions’ night, forthcomings outing on Tidy Trax and a hectic DJ schedule, Gary relishes the Kemistry hardcore vibe. Kemistry hard-head residents Ade Rippin, El Captino and Will Graney complete yet another mammoth Sunday afternoon lineup in the main room. Gary (DJGRH) also performs a house set in the second room too – a room that will be complimented by a special live saxophonist performance by Liz Wigley. Sterling performer and the much respected Filthy Rich is also sure to create a superb vibe, alongside a whole host of others listed above. Yet again, quality aplenty in BOTH room’s offerings! Where other clubs fail to create consistency, Kemistry’s loyal following has ensured a kick-ass atmosphere every time! The boys behind the night work their arses off to ensure quality – hardcore quality. This Sunday afternoon will be no exception !!! Dont let looks fool ya We got pulled over on the way home - his missus was driving back and Dave thought it would be funny to turn fog lights on in middle of Sheffield.... Police saw the funny side of it all luckily though warned him he could get fined 30quid if they wernt in a good mood!! Saying that, when they said we were coming back after I had been djing, the copper looked at me and said "you dont look like a dj to me"
