The best I've been to was Sattelite Club @ Collesseum (as I keep boring Ed's sister bout!!! She's one of the few peeps I know that went there)

UK- nowadays Back II Basics in Leeds and Homelands for the festy vibe. Of old the Rezerection events near Edinburgh were class

 

Abroad- probably Privelage in Ibiza
