Everytime we get our bill its wrong, and every month we phone them up, we got our bill today and again its BLOODY wrong.

Does anyone have the same problem, and do you know if there is anything we can do about this existing ongoing problem, we want to go over to sky, but we are contracted now til december.

How can they get away with such a shit service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speak to the same guy again. Always note the guy's name; then if he cocks up you can mention him in your complaint letter and drop him in the shit. smile.gif

It was on going for about 2 months - untill they finally botthered there arses and credited me back.

You're best actually ringing them and speaking to someone rather than e:mailing them.

You're best actually ringing them and telling them to shove their service up their arse (that's if you can actually get through to the bastards).

As you can probably tell I'm one of their many satisfied customers
