You're best actually ringing them and telling them to shove their service up their arse (that's if you can actually get through to the bastards).

 

As you can probably tell I'm one of their many satisfied customers

 

 

My husband rang them, and sorted it, but next month we are gonna go over to sky, we expect to have the same problem on the next bill.

 

Apparently there was a note left on the system to be sent to management to sort the problem out, but as usual noone done there job!
