A question

Blatantly nicked this topic from another music forum, but I thought seeing as we had alot of DJ's and people who buy tunes, how many records do you have in your collection?

There was a guy on this other forum that had collected over 60,000 records over the past 40 years ... fook knows where he's got them all stashed, or even if he could find any particular record in a hurry, but well done to him anyway!

I counted mine 4 years ago cos I had to have my room (equipment, tunes etc) as an addition to the main policy cos of the value of it all, but I'll be buggered if I can remember how many were there (nowhere near 60,000!!), though I'm sure that if I get bored enough this week I'll have a go at counting them again

Blimey. Finding storage space for even a few hundred is a bit of a git!

 

EvilEdFuk has got a lot (~1400 I think he said).

I've got around 700, but there must be at least 100-200 I never play!

i have about 400. which is quite impressive i think for about 1 and a half years.

i've not got too many considering i've been collecting about 2 or 3 years. Last count was about 160, but i have been skint for most of the time i been collecting, lol

I've got 6 vinyl records, not including singles, cos i sold most of mine at a carboot sale a few years ago.

 

But i'm not a DJ so that's ok.
