What a wicked atmosphere last week was at Sessions! Great turnout and a sterling performance from Miss Anne Savage! Andy Whitby – you were a pleasure to b2b with too sir!

 

This week we head for an opening set from Stevie G, Gatecrasher Young Gun and Passion visitor. This is in response to a lot of people enjoying our trance offerings up until 11.30pm. Stevie has rocked Goodgreef and then some, we’re looking forward to his debut for Sessions!

 

I will then be playing from 11.30pm until 1am, handing over my end set duties to a special back to back set from Leeds’ two new hard heads – Ben Stevens and Caroline Banx. It’s great to see Ben and Caz doing so well – both have been hardcore Wednesday night regulars in Leeds and their recent success is nothing more than justified. Both have a preference for the harder end of hard dance, with Ben working for Vicious Circle (as well as tackling an increasing gig schedule that includes fantastic gigs such as the Tidy Weekender and Frantic), Caroline is Sundissential resident and also has a hell of workloads gigs-wise at the moment.

 

‘House Sessions’ continues to be THE only place for great house music on a Wednesday night in Leeds – we owe a big round of applause to Filthy Rich for this, who continues this week. He is joined by Garlands and Goodgreef players The Gravy Boys!

 

We’re also pleased to announce even cheaper (….no, I don’t know how they managed to make ‘em cheaper either!....) at the club from this week too. Book Thursdays off, be hardcore, whatever – and enjoy offers such as ‘buy 1 get 1 free’ on Carling, Fosters, Java and as little as £1.20 for a spirit and mixer.
