Ditto Luu Luu. I would:

 

Buy a house;

Start my own business (much less stressful without the money worries);

Have a very nice home studio for music-making!

Spoil my family & friends;

Have some very good parties!

 

(that still leaves 9 million to live on, go on holiday on a whim, etc!)
