So, back to my point, you haven't really made any statements that back up the claim that England are good enough. You've proved that by what you've said.

 

When it comes to the big occasion England seem to raise their game (like against Argentina in 1998) but never really have the quaility to see it through!

 

I dont think England would have got much further in 1998 if they won on penalties that night in Saint Etienne and we had no answers when Brazil went 2-1 up last summer in the world cup.

 

I can see something like this happening once again and more tears in Portugal!
