LOL not quite true there my good man. There have been loads of cases where nut cases have admitted to something that they didn't even do.

 

what about police brutality and they make them say they did it when they didn't?

 

as i've said before you can never be 100% sure!

I do get it, maybe im not putting my point across as well as i could be?! I know what ur saying but im sayin they still killed someone.. there is still a person dead, a grieving family - a murder has taken place.. course they should be tried for it.

Fair point, but they gotta let u out at some point and a murder isnt somethin they just let u out for 5 minutes to do and then u gotta go back is it.. it takes planning and with planning u would have to be allowed out to see where the person lives etc etc

 

Your trying someone for something with all the will in the world they didn't want to do. I think that is extremely unfair and you're convicting the wrong person. You should be trying the person that made this person do such a act. That person that has been forced into that situation to do such a crime will have to live with the guilt that they had no choice but to do what they were being told otherwise they would condem their family member to death!!

So "you can never prove somethin 100%" which is what im sayin.. how can it be proven "100%" that they was forced to do it? Anyone could say that if they thought it would get them off the hook!! I did previously say that the person forcing them (if it was true) should be tried also!! I guess this kind of thing would vary from case to case tho, you cant say either of our opinions would work in every single case.. it differs as do people!!
