as said before, that makes no sense whatsoever to me. what does it matter what time you eat, it's still the same amount of calories.

Your body, rather than burning up those calories, stores it while you are asleep (you use much less energy sleeping, than you would awake).

I thought the pill makes u put on weight? it bloody did with me!

 

guess people react in different ways to it....

its not quite as simple as that though.

plus people tend not to skip breakfast just because they had supper

my original point still stands though, time of eating doesn't affect how fast you burn off your food.

my teacher at school once asked me if I had worms coz I ate and ate and never put any weight on (I was a teenager then and was well skinny)

The body tends to store fat, but not burn it up when needed. The body usually uses up muscle first. So sleeping and storing more fat than normal and then not eating the next day, won't have the fight effect.

i've added 2 inches to my waist over the last couple of months.

 

am turning into a right bloater
