thats the reason then. the most weight is put on at night

your metabolism slows down after 6pm - any carbs you eat are stored on your body as fat

Therefore eat only protein after 6pm & your body burns its fuel reserves & you lose weight

the secret is to really diet hard & exercise hard in the 1st month so that you end up slightly underweight. Then start eating loads & you put weight on in the right places - ie on your boobs! haha

I don't think I did too badley

 

I put on enough weight so people didn't call me a rake anymore but not enough to be considered fat..

 

and I went up a couple of bra sizes too wink.gif

it sounds more like your pill has failed and you've ended up pregnant

is this not the reason why exercising in the evneing is a good thing - it re starts your body for the day into burning calories for a few more hours?

 

I'm not disagreeing with anything you're saying though thumbsup.gif

I'm on dianette which is good coz it helps reduce bad skin too

 

I dunno to be honest about the time - I also think it was the fact I stopped clubbing and caining drugs so much
