just give it a go. next time u need one say to urself its just in ur mind cos thats essentially what it is. U physically dont need one yet ur mind makes u think u do. Do something to take ur mind off it if that doesnt work. If you need to get a nicorette patch to help do so.

 

I dont smoke so im not really the best advice but just give it a go even if it means u just cut down.

not really, my daughter has really bad chicken pox at the mo so iv had no sleep for 3 days but suprisingly chilled out, i have the patients of a saint today and quite chuffed iv not been smoking
