a tip about turkey, if you put depending on how big the bird is, like a glass of water in the tray, the bird soaks it up and thus making the turkey less dry. OR cook it in a bag so it can soak its juices up.

 

my dad was tryin his new xmas dinner on me and my mum yesterday it was fuckin lush.

 

but i agree with ya there hun turkey dry.

Not really...

 

Christmas isn't big in my family.. we just go to Red Rooster (a take away place in oz) get a roasted chicken, chips, gravy, put it on the kitchen table, pick out what we want then scatter around the house and eat it in all different rooms.

 

I know, we're a loving type of people...

or baste it really really well, & pop in oven upside down & cook on a very gentle heat over night too, that keeps the moisture, oh & popping an apple inside too spliff.gif

the best part about the turkey is the crispy skin *dribble*

we have loads over for crimbo dinner so we have a massive turkey and i eat all the skin off it, i remmember having duck for crimbo dinner once but the skin isnt as nice

Well my xmas dinner is usually roast potatoes/mash/peas/carrots/gravy cos im a veggie.. its still lurrrvely tho!! yes.gif

I tend to eat my chrimbo dinner as quick as poss so as to reduce the potential argument time.
