im doing a "near enough" christmas dinner today for phil, its chicken instead of turkey.......

 

no christmas crackers though

crimbo crackers are the best.....but my family are that sad that we have to wear the crimbo hat or we cant eat the dinner!!!

we cook ours upside down so the juices stay in the breast, also have a garlic clove and a lemon cut in 2 stuffed inside

Cant wait to have xmas dinner this year - last yr I was in Canada over Xmas and the hotel was worst I ever stayed at when it came to the food - we was all sat their waiting for like hrs for the turkey n the waitress brings up sum lemon sorbet thing - this woman at our table says 'We havnt' had the main course yet' the waitress turns round n says this is the surprise b4 the main course - it got even worse they didnt even give us xmas dinner but sum pants half a plateful of duck & sum fancy veg (that tasted yuk!)- def worst xmas dinner I eva had Not sure if she still comes on here now but the best meal I had out there was when I went to visit Belle whos' got a restaurant out there
