There's [censored] all wrong with Justin - i saw him perform with NERD last month at the brixton academy and he absolutely rocked the place. He can sing, dance, play the piano brilliantly, can pull any bird he likes (and has banged britney, cameron diaz, one of the minogue sisters and many many more), he's rich beyond belief, he's worked with some of the best artists and producers ... and he's only 23 (ish). I for one would love to be this guy! The fucker's got ''the midas touch'' for sure.

And as for the music he makes - who the [censored] are all you hard house people to talk about music?? I doubt you'd know talent if it came up and smacked you in the mouth disappointed.gif

Oh dear, its the teeny bopper backlash.

What you have written above, far from improving my opinions of Justin timberlake, has acutally highlighted the disgraceful state of the pop music industry- ie that a scrawny little twat with a minor amount of vocal talent be propelled into the limelight and earn hideous quantities of money while making watered down, dull music.

And for the record, i dont like hard house, i listen to proper music.

Thank you and goodnight.

I'm hardly a teeny bopper!

Step up, step up - I feel it's now your turn to do better then.

And for the record, i dont like hard house, i listen to proper music.

Well if that's the case, I obviously wasn't referring to you!

he's no robbie williams but i actually quite like him. smile.gif

it's easy as [censored] to sit behind the safety of a web browser and criticise him as a twat with no talent... any loser can do that. not just any loser can do what justin timberlake has done...

Why would i need musical talent myself to be able to criticise musicians???

After all you dont need to able to fly to know that the sky is blue.

i dont understand how anyone can consider the boy to be particularly talented, hes yet another in a long line of teenage singer "sensations" that will most likely be forgotten about within 3 years

I'm not the leader of the JT Appreciation Society (UK Division) or anything, but do yourself a favour and go see him perform - he is bloody good. Personally I wouldn't say that you were particularly talented, so maybe you really are on a level with him and could do just as well shrug.gif As for saying he'll be forgotten about in 3 years ... well, only time will tell.

just because you don't understand it, doesn't mean that it can't be true...

I wouldnt call that narrow minded at all.

I just dont really want to perpetuate a highly corrupt and arse about face aspect fo the music industry.

I acutally have a very wide taste in music- from grindcore punk all the way through to gabba and speedcore. I just dont like manufactured pop music, on the basis i think its watered down.

i agree that criticism could be levelled against bands like nsync, i think that timberlake's solo work comes from a different place.

i think, because of his nsync history, a lot of people just don't give him a chance and, i'm sure, quite a lot of people write him off without considering his solo work on its own merits.
