Attention! Attention! Look Sharp!

Here it is, Tidy Weekender 5, the biggest weekender on planet Earth for the Harder Generation is about to take off.

Once again thousands were left wondering what was going off behind the weekender gates, as every single space at Tidy Weekender 4 was snapped up in record time.

This time around we need you as our new recruit, as the whole weekender goes camouflage crazy as we say come and join the Tidy Army.

Our new recruits and old veterans will be treated to even more fun during their 3 day stay at "Base Station Tidy".

So what's in store for those who are quick enough to enrol and join the Tidy Army?

FRIDAY NIGHT - New Recruits Night:

For the first time at a Tidy event we will have a dress policy on Friday night to help you all get into the spirit of the Tidy Army. No sportswear or street wear will be allowed on our new recruits night. We want to se eyou decked out from head to toe in call camo, crazy cyber camo, face paint and, of course, large helmets, which are entirely optional! It's the only way you can join the Tidy Army.

ARENA 1: Harder Generation Anthems

We welcome you all to a rousing selection of "National Anthems". We were simply astounded at how well this worked in Arena 2 on the Sunday night at Weekender 4 so we thought let's do it again, but this time let's throw in an opening set from the Tidy Boys plus lots of your favourites. It's going to be an awesome way to kick start the Weekender, Arena 1 is "Anthems for the Harder Generation".

ARENA 2: Yoji and Friends

We proudly welcome back the man from the rising sun as we go mental oriental. Yoji Biomehanika is a DJ god in Japan and has already become something of a legend over here. He only makes a few appearances in the UK per year, and has never before hosted his own room, so this is sure to be a talked about moment at Tidy Weekender 5.

ARENA 3: The Boudoir, Make Love Not War

Corporal Foster and Captain Ramsden aka The Trophy Twins take over Arena 3 for another Funky Friday. They promise to convert the new Arena 3 space into a seductive and sensually arousing spectacle of debauchery.

SATURDAY NIGHT - Battle of the Sexes:

ARENA 1: Girls Room

It's pink to make the girls wink, look at the stage and not a man in sight as we go girl crazy and the ladies show who's really in control. Let the battle of the sexes begin.

ARENA 2: Boys Room

Come on you men, let's show them who's the daddy as the boys take control of Arena 2. This will be the ultimate battle of the sexes as the boys and the girls go head to head and arena to arena. It's who can keep their dancefloor the busiest, a battle to see who will be crowned king or queen.

ARENA 3: Hardcore - The Speeding Bullet

Faster than a 9mm and harder than steel, we welcome back Brisk and the Next Generation crew for more barmy army hardcore. Arena 3 will be a no-holds-barred, full on assault on your senses, are you big enough to take it on?

SUNDAY NIGHT - The Great Escape

ARENA 1: The Big Bang

You like it hard and you like it fast to finish off your time here at Base Station Tidy and that's just what you're going to get. Once again we have held quite a few surprises back here at Tidy HQ. Our Commanders are in position, are you ready for The Big Bang?

ARENA 2: The Bouncing Bomb

The bounce is well and truly back, with a hop, skip, jump and a wiggle. Arena 2 plays host to the Generals of all things bouncey. It's cheeky and fun, and for some it's the only way to say goodbye to your new found comrades here at Base Station Tidy.

ARENA 3: Love and Peace

If Arenas 1 and 2 are all a bit too much why not slow things down with the ultimate chill out zone in Arena 3. Giant bean bags, groovy visuals and a sound track to help you wind down the weekend. Chill out and chat to new comrades in peace and harmony.

DAYTIME

We've seen everything from indoor fairgrounds to Cheggers and Rainbow and who can remember the first hard house pub quiz at Tidy Weekender 1? Once again we are sure that you will not be disappointed with your daytime entertainment surprises.

For many, what happens during the day is just as much fun as what happens in the venues at night, so we promise to continue delivering outstanding day time events.

Of course the Queen Vic will continue to be open during the day with DJs kicking off from mid afternoon.

Your Saturday hosts are Oblong and guests. Your Sunday hosts are [censored].net.

WARM UPS

Is it your dream to play at the Tidy Weekender? Well now we are giving you the chance to play the warm up sets in the Queen Vic, its that all important section of the night before we open the main arenas.

We will be hosting two different competitions, one of which is open to Tidy Message Board users and one which is based on just how much you would love to play.

The message board competition will be judged by Tidy management, message board users and Tidy's top tip for 2004, Amber D. You can find out more about this in 2004 on the Tidy Board.

Just how much would you love to play? Well here's your chance to show us your dedication to your cause, aver the coming months this competition will be on Tidy.com. We need you to send us your most weird and wonderful suggestions as to just what you would do to get that set. Would you spend Saturday afternoon at TW5 dressed as a pantomine horse with someone you have never met before? Would you lay in the Queen Vic in a bath of custard? The madder and sillier, the better as far as we are concerned. We will pick the best 3suggestions around a month before TW5 and if you manage to go through with your challenge you will get the set. It's as simple as that, dedication is what you need.

THE TIDY DIARY ROOM

The Tidy Diary Room will return, it's your chance to be a star or just waffle about random clap trap.

There's so much to do at Base Station Tidy, be it watching our own channel designed to entertain and inform the Tidy Trops, messing around on go karts, taking a walk down to the beach or maybe turning your pad into the place to be.

If you're a new recruit, you're in for the time of your life and if you're more of a seasonal veteran, welcome back.

We've taken a look at the good, the bad and the ugly, and let you know what will be changing and what will be staying at TW5.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Q. I want to book but can't afford it - can you help?

A. Yes we can. All you need to do is place a minimum booking for four people who each pay a £40 deposit to confirm that they are going. The balance will be payable 01.03.04, or earlier if you have the spare cash.

Q. What happens next?

A. You will recieve a confirmation letter (with details of when the balance is due if you have only paid the deposit. The cards will not be sent out until about 3 weeks before the event.

Q. Can I pay - then get my friends to pay separately?

A. Sorry, no. One person has to be responsible for making the payment for each booking (the minimum being four in a party). It's just like going on holdiay, one person has to take responisbility for either collecting and paying the deposit, or collecting all the money and paying in full (however, if you're paying in full by cheque, each person may send an individual cheque, but please enclose all cheques together).

Q. Do I need ID?

A. Yes, if you don't have ID you may be turned away. Passport, driving licence, bank card (a signature will be required) or Proof of Age card.

Q. Will we be able to change the names on the bookings/

A. Yes, you will be sent a confirmation letter after you have booked which will have the details of the people in your party, please check and ring straight away with any changes. Any changes after 14.02.04 will be charged at £10. After you have received your personalised cards any changes must be made on-site and £30 will be charged.

Q. Can I smoke in the rooms?

A. Yes.

Q. Can I bring my own food or alcohol onto the site?

A. Yes, but only personal amounts. By this we mean 36 cans per person, or 3 litres of spirits/3 litres of wine, or a mixture of both.

Q. Does the site have car parking?

A. Yes, and it's free.

Q. Will my friends and I be sharing an apartment?

A. Yes. All the names in the same booking will be allocated to the same room.

Q. Another group of my friends are going to the Weekender, could we have an apartment next to theirs?

No. Unfortunately all bookings are allocated apartments as and when they are received.

Q. I'm on my own - can you arrange for me to share an apartment with people I have never met?

A. No, but you could use the message board at www.tidy.com to meet new friends. You will need to know who the principal booker is, so make sure you get their details and a mobile number.
