Help with a cheesy club night

My ickle sister is all grown up 2day, she's 18 but as part of her birthday I am being roped into going to the Zoo bar in London which I've heard is a classic cheese club and as I avoid these places generally I need some help.

 

Wat exactly do I wear? I've heard fluffy UV clothes don't go down to well in these places.

 

How do I dance? I only generally bounce around waving my arms manically in the air.

I have a boob tube top thats a little to big so I generally end up flashing my tits wen I wear it. Can't actually walk in highs higer than 3inches which is a bit of a problem and are there actually gonna be any nice lads worth swapping saliva with though, thats the big question?
