Does anybody worry how long Hard Dance music will be around?

I don't know if its just me, but does anybody ever think about how long Hard Dance music will be around for? I've heard plenty of people talk about the death of Trance and it seems to me like there are fewer and fewer people who like hard dance music nowadays.

 

Am I just worrying too much?

get a grip.

trance has had many 'deaths' over the years. hardhouse 'died' 2 or 3 years ago but clubs still pack out.

 

progressive house was supposed to have died off a couple of years back as well yet its still gaining audiences

 

 

its only the media that claim things are dieing and clubbing tends to shy away from the media ne way so i cant see what all the fuss is about

its the critics which try to tell us wat is gud and wat isnt and at the end of the day its only their opinion but their views can severely affect peoples opinions of the clubbing public.

Correction, its you that has the problem "the great DJ Alex V". I can sleep at night knowing full well things like this really dont bother me.

True I know what you're saying. Don't forget though that Disco music was at an all time high by 1979 and then it just faded away. But I'm sure Trance will be around as long as there is something to take with it
