probably won't help but over 2 years ago, I decided that I wasn't going to be ill again and I haven't been (mind over matter - although concussion was unavoidable and being assaulted didn't help!). Being happy all the time produces positive endorphines which help to boost the body's immune system and thus reduces the chance of catching things like flu and that.

 

Obviously my method does have one major side effect which you should seriously think about before undertaking.....I haven't had a day off work since I started
