Sarah then backed this anarchy guy cos she books him for her event then ikon popped in because he knows this sensitive chap and co incidently has been booked for sarah's promotions before. then he changes his original post to say something differnet and make him look less wrong than he was for flipping out. naomi, yes love some records have louder bass than others, thats why we use an EQ. (b4 he edited it!) i wasnt refering to bass amount anyway.. i was on about levels...as in VOLUME! i wouldnt expect him to like one of my sets, and to be honest i wouldn't give a [censored] if he did slag one off. Jay is very honest with me about my cds (hes not keen at all on some of them), and im thankfull for his honesty. I have NEVER claimed to be the best dj in the world cos i know i aint! technically i know exactly where im lacking and i wouldn't have known unless people point it out to me. tune wise its always gonna be down to personal taste, but a set should flow and go somewhere no matter what style it is.. sorry for any offence caused, ive always enjoyed a bit of 'i hate your tunes/you hate mine' and can handle it when im on the end of a bit of abuse.. its all fun. ...and in his original post (b4 he edited it) he invited abuse.. what can i say? CTW Members AnArChY Posted December 17, 2003 Author CTW Members Share Posted December 17, 2003 yeah it does seem all one sided , u r right if mod had put the mix up and i slated it to death u all would still jump on the bandwagon and slag me off .......yes i might of sead things out of order but thats just me .... i put the mix up 4 ppl who would b interested in listening to it , and not for abusive feedback , if its not your cup of tea dont listen to it , and dont comment on what other ppl say aswell .....and as 4 me not being able to cope with abuse well thats wrong man , to me mod 1 cant handle a bit of abuse back ...so was their even a point of puting the mix up if u DONT like hardstyle and feel the erge to slate it and the mix ( btw the mixer is broke as iv just had my new 1 delivered today ) so all the EQS r all over the shop but i just had to deal with it .....also i wasnt makin out i was some big time dj , as im not as i know iv got a long way to go in the scene i play in and a hell of a lot to learn but i just wanted to spread my wings that bit wider and dabble in somethink different which is hardstyle ......at the moment iv been hung out to dry allready , as none of u have ever met me and most prob most of u never will if u want to meet me im sure all ov u will see me in a different light and by all means i will talk about all this in person i will b at incision on boxin day if any of u r goin ....and i might b goin 2 the ctw meet up in liverpool so can have a good chat then if any off u feel u have to say somethink ......im not goin to comment on this any longer as its goin way to far than it should of , im not cryin out i just cant b arsed with the bull [censored] ...., so no hard feelings ....im sure i can find my rattle somewhere close coz i might need it again 4 when some one starts it off again ...... ez ppl nick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
