iv) It stopped the Darkness getting to No 1

v) It stopped Ozzie geting to No 1

vi) It stopped Pap Idols crap cover of a crap song getting to No 1

vii) It will stop Alex Parks releasing her crap version

Pardon? How is it just Karaoke? Have you heard the original? He isn't just signing over the original music, which is what Karaoke is. And they haven't gone for the other classic "remake" technique of speeding it up a bit and putting a different drum beat behind it. To me, it sounds like they have sat down to re-interpret the song in a more organic way.

 

(I love this song, I bought it, I bought it for my best friend, and I bought it for my girly...yes it is good enough to buy, not pirate)
