just do what i did, smaoked so much at tidy weekender before last that i felt like my lungs were going to collapse, i was fine and didn't smoke at all for 4 month after that til i went back to uni..

I will give that method a whirl on new year's eve, but I have the capacity to smoke A LOT. It's definitely worth a try though. Nearly bought some of thos Nicorette stick - things the other day, but decided against looking like a tit!
