when she came in with her sister i immediately assumed she was 18/19 and her sister 20/22. I very much doubt tony would have spent so long talking to her if he knew she was that young. She also appeared to enjoy the party. I cant see a problem and its certainly not Mod1's fault !

i told several people that she was 15 after she arrived, but because she looks older (she always goes out to the cheesy clubs in p'boro with her sis and never gets id checked...FACT) so i can perhaps understand if people thought i was having perhaps joking.
